Welcome to the world Korbin! You may recognize this little guy from my last pregnancy shoot, he was much rounder then:) His parents are both stunning, and well the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. This little guy was so stunning we had to split the session into two separate shoots just to capture all his 'stunningness.' One shoot he was shockingly alert for and the other he was 'out' to the world. The shoots were one week apart and in that one week he must have gained 10 pounds. I forget how quickly they begin to fill out, the chunkier the better. Korbin, I can't wait to see you when you're a little butter ball!

Surf's Up!

It was homecoming week for this gorgeous family, Dad just returned from deployment and it was evident how much his family missed him. Lately I've noticed how much I "see" the family while editing the images, it's not that I don't see them while shooting, but there's something about having another look. I saw how much Melinda and Nick adored each other, they were very natural, (even though Nick was a little camera shy) nothing was forced. It's great to see that giddiness in a couple who've been married seven years. Welcome home Nick, hopefully it's a long run before the next!
